Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain school software systems and digital platforms
- Support automation of inventory and administrative processes
- Develop, update, and maintain the school website and related portals
- Handle WhatsApp Business chatbot setup and maintenance
- Perform data entry, data organization, and report generation
- Create dashboards, MIS reports, and analytical summaries for management
- Support LMS (Learning Management System) operations and user assistance
- Assist in deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Coordinate with different departments for digitalization initiatives
- Research and implement innovative technology solutions to improve efficiency
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and proper system documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Software Applications, or related field
- Knowledge of websites, software applications, dashboards, and digital tools
- Familiarity with automation tools, spreadsheets, MIS reporting, and data analysis
- Basic understanding of chatbot platforms and digital communication systems
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
