Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and self-motivated Medical Representative (MR) for the Surat Region to promote company products, develop strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote company products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies in the assigned territory.
- Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors.
- Conduct regular doctor calls, chemist visits, and market coverage activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
- Plan and execute promotional and branding activities in the assigned area.
- Submit daily call reports, tour plans, and sales reports to management.
- Ensure effective territory management and customer follow-up.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Commerce, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative / Pharma Sales preferred.
- Good communication, selling, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of pharma products and local Surat market preferred.
- Must possess a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
