Dazzle IT Services Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our growing team!
Location: Sector-62, Noida
Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)
Experience: 2+ Years in US IT Recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end US IT recruitment for W2, C2C, and Full-Time positions.
- Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Indeed, JobDiva, and other job portals.
- Strong experience with Boolean search techniques and passive candidate sourcing.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, work authorization, rate expectations, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and manage the offer process.
- Work with Direct Clients, MSPs, and Tier-1 Vendors.
- Maintain ATS records and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Required Skills:
✔ 2+ years of hands-on US IT Recruitment experience
✔ Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorizations (USC, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, TN, H1B, etc.)
✔ Experience hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA, AI/ML, ERP, and Cybersecurity
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
