Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, Full & Final Settlement (F&F), Site Compliance, Statutory Coordination, Keka HRMS Operations and Administrative Functions. The ideal candidate should have experience handling workforce operations across multiple project sites, ensuring compliance with labor laws, maintaining employee records, and supporting day-to-day administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding and off boarding processes.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and employee documentation.
- Support payroll inputs and employee data verification.
Full & Final Settlement (F&F)
- Process employee separations and exit formalities.
- Prepare and verify Full & Final Settlements.
- Coordinate with Payroll, Accounts, and Reporting Managers for clearance approvals.
- Ensure timely issuance of relieving letters and experience certificates.
Site Compliance & Statutory Coordination
- Monitor and ensure compliance across project sites.
- Coordinate with site teams for labor documentation and compliance requirements.
- Maintain records related to labor laws, contractor compliance, and employee statutory documents.
- Support audits and inspections related to labor and statutory compliance.
- Ensure timely submission and maintenance of compliance records.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Support grievance handling and employee communication initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management.
- Experience in Full & Final Settlement processing.
- Understanding of labor law compliance and site workforce management.
- Good knowledge of HR documentation and statutory records.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and site teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- Experience in Data Center, Construction, Infrastructure, Engineering, EPC, or Project-based organizations will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
