Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Admin to support daily human resources and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will handle employee records, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, documentation, and general office administration while ensuring smooth HR processes and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Assist in recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll processing by coordinating employee data and attendance inputs.
- Prepare HR letters, offer letters, appointment letters, and other employee documents.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
- Handle office administration tasks and vendor coordination when required.
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administration roles (freshers can also apply if applicable).
- Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with HR software or HRMS systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
