We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Data Entry Operator to support our administrative operations through accurate data management and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain student, faculty, and administrative data in institutional databases.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word.
- Create, maintain, and update spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Verify data accuracy and ensure information is complete and error-free.
- Generate reports and maintain digital and physical records.
- Coordinate with various departments for data collection and updates.
- Ensure confidentiality of institutional records and information.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the reporting authority.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience may apply.
- Gender: Male or Female.
- Location Preference: Candidates residing in Poonamallee or nearby areas will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
