As a Claims Processing Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing, validating, processing, and resolving claims while ensuring complete accuracy, adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and timely delivery.
The role requires excellent analytical ability, documentation review, email management, customer communication, and problem-solving skills.

Review, validate, and process freight, shortage, damage, delay, and transportation claims.

Verify supporting documents including:

Bill of Lading (BOL)

Proof of Delivery (POD)
-
Freight Invoices
-
Shipment Records
-
Supporting Evidence
-
Ensure every claim complies with client guidelines and internal SOPs.

Review claim documents for completeness and accuracy.

Identify missing documentation.
-
Verify shipment details.
-
Detect inconsistencies and exceptions.
-
Maintain complete audit-ready documentation.
-
Manage client mailboxes efficiently.
-
Prioritize incoming requests.
-
Assign claims appropriately.
-
Respond professionally to client communications.
-
Escalate issues whenever required.
-
Meet daily production targets.
-
Achieve required Turn Around Time (TAT).
-
Ensure quality targets are consistently achieved.

Maintain complete process documentation.
