Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 15–25 years of experience in civil construction
1. Project Management
- Oversee multiple civil construction projects ,buildings, industrial projects
- Ensure timely completion within budget and scope
- Monitor project schedules, progress, and resource allocation
2. Operations Management
- Manage day-to-day construction activities across sites
- Optimize processes for efficiency and cost control
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials
3. Financial Management
- Prepare and control project budgets
- Monitor cash flow, cost tracking, and profitability
- Approve major expenditures and contracts
4. Team Leadership
- Lead project managers, engineers, and site teams
- mentor, and evaluate staff performance
- Build a strong and accountable work culture
5. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Handle negotiations, contracts, and dispute resolution
- Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
6. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, building codes, and standards
- Implement safety policies and ensure site safety compliance
- Conduct audits and risk assessments
7. Business Development
- Identify new project opportunities
- Participate in tendering and bidding processes
- Support company growth strategies
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
