Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily factory operations and production activities.
- Manage and guide factory workers to ensure efficient workflow.
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved.
- Maintain product quality standards during manufacturing.
- Monitor machine usage and report any maintenance issues.
- Ensure proper use of raw materials and minimize wastage.
- Maintain discipline and safety standards on the factory floor.
- Coordinate with management for production planning and improvements.
- Keep records of production output and worker attendance.
- Ensure proper packing and handling of finished goods.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years experience in factory or production supervision.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machinery.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to handle workers and resolve shop-floor issues.
- Basic knowledge of production reporting and inventory handling.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
