Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, customer-focused Counter Sales Executives for our sweets and snacks retail stores. The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service and retail sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them in selecting sweets, snacks, bakery products, and gift packs.
- Explain product varieties, ingredients, festive specials, and ongoing offers.
- Handle billing, cash, card, and UPI transactions.
- Ensure proper packing, display, hygiene, and presentation of products.
- Support stock handling and coordinate with store teams.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
- Meet sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
Candidate Requirements
- Age - 18 Years and Above
- Minimum qualification: Degree / Any Graduate.
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Experience in retail, food, sweets, bakery, or supermarket sales is preferred.
- Must be willing to work across any of our outlets in Bengaluru based on business requirements.
- Must be flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and festival seasons.
