Job Position – CRE (Customer Relationship Executive)
Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via calls, emails, or messages.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide product/service information and support customers.
- Assist in after-sales support and feedback collection.
- Maintain customer database and update CRM systems regularly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
Skills: Communication skills, customer handling, problem-solving ability, MS Excel, CRM tools.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month .
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
