We are looking for an organized and responsible Admin Executive to support daily administrative activities and maintain smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Handle joining formalities and induction for new employees.
- Distribute appointment, training consent, and relieving letters.
- Assist with ESI, PF, and bank account documentation.
- Review biometric attendance and prepare attendance for payroll.
- Update employee database and maintain records.
- Record Agnikarma and Swarna Bindhu entries.
- Coordinate housekeeping activities, rosters, and material distribution.
- Maintain uniform stock and pantry/tea expense records.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- 1–3 years of administrative experience preferred.
- Basic MS Office knowledge.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
