Job Summary
The Business Development Manager (BDM) – Holiday Packages is responsible for driving sales growth for domestic and international holiday packages, developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The role involves promoting customized travel solutions to B2B and B2C customers while expanding the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire new customers for holiday packages.
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and channel partners.
- Promote domestic and international holiday packages, group tours, honeymoon packages, and customized itineraries.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, and business networking activities.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and travel itineraries based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with operations, ticketing, hotels, and suppliers for seamless service delivery.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and travel trends.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and submit sales reports regularly.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- Understanding of visa processes, hotel bookings, and travel logistics.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Certification in Travel & Tourism is an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in travel sales, holiday package sales, or business development.
- Experience in handling B2B and B2C travel clients preferred.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Revenue generated from holiday package sales.
- New client acquisition.
- Conversion rate of inquiries to bookings.
- Customer retention and repeat business.
- Achievement of sales targets and profit margins.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
