. Production Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day production activities at the Mumbai manufacturing unit.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within defined timelines.
- Monitor production quality, efficiency, and output levels.
- Maintain smooth workflow and minimize production delays.
2. Vendor & Supplier Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of raw materials and components.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
- Ensure timely follow-up for pending materials and production requirements.
3. Material Planning & Dispatch Coordination
- Ensure timely release and movement of finished goods and materials to the warehouse.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth dispatch operations.
- Maintain proper stock availability to avoid production interruptions.
- Monitor inward and outward material flow.
4. Raw Material & Technical Knowledge
- Maintain complete knowledge of raw materials, electrical components, lighting parts, packaging materials, and production accessories used in the industry.
- Ensure proper material utilization and wastage control.
- Coordinate with procurement and quality teams regarding specifications and approvals.
5. Quality & Compliance Monitoring
- Ensure all products meet company quality standards and specifications.
- Monitor production processes for compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
- Address production-related issues and implement corrective actions.
6. Team Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with production staff, warehouse team, procurement, and management.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Report operational updates and challenges to management regularly.
7. Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
- Reduce material wastage and optimize production costs.
- Ensure proper utilization of resources and production planning.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹69,327.60 per month
