Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the Insurance Industry
- Experience managing a team of at least 2–3 agents/callers
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Able to work independently and drive team performance
