Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing professional with hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, website building & designing, and proficiency in basic AI tools and Canva. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, implementing, and managing effective digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines.
- Perform on-page and off-page optimization, including link building.
- Monitor and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
2. Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms.
- Optimize CPC, improve ad quality scores, and maximize ROI.
- Track and analyze campaign performance and generate reports.
3. Website Building & Designing
- Manage and update websites using CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, etc.).
- Create landing pages, optimize website speed & performance.
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and user-friendly design.
- Coordinate with developers or external agencies when required.
4. Social Media & Content Creation
- Create engaging content for social media platforms.
- Design marketing creatives, posters, banners, and ads using Canva.
- Execute and monitor social media campaigns.
5. AI & Digital Tools
- Use basic AI tools for content creation, automation, and analytics.
- Implement AI-based tools to improve workflow, design, and productivity.
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance across SEO, SEM, website, and social media channels.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Suggest improvements based on data-driven analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Experience in website management (WordPress preferred).
- Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with other design/video tools.
- Basic working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and project management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
