Full job description

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sourcing Specialist to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement operations , with a strong ability to identify cost-saving opportunities, negotiate with suppliers, and support end-to-end sourcing processes.

Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end sourcing process for assigned categories, including identifying suppliers, preparing RFQs/RFPs, evaluating bids, and negotiating terms.
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
Analyze supplier performance, pricing, and market trends to identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Maintain and update the preferred supplier list and ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
Support contract management activities , including coordination with legal and business teams.
Work with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Operations) to ensure timely purchase order creation and delivery.
Track and report sourcing metrics, savings, and supplier performance improvements.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field .
3–5 years of hands-on experience in strategic sourcing or procurement .
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP/procurement tools (SAP/Ariba/Coupa or equivalent).
Good understanding of sourcing best practices, supplier evaluation, and contract management processes.
