About the Role
We are looking for a talented and reliable Event & Banquet Photographer to capture high-quality images at weddings, corporate events, banquets, parties, and special occasions. The ideal candidate is skilled behind the camera and comfortable with post-production editing to deliver polished, client-ready photos.
Responsibilities
- Photograph events, banquets, weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings
- Capture candid moments, group shots, décor, and key event highlights
- Coordinate with event organizers/clients to understand shot lists and expectations
- Set up and operate camera equipment, lighting, and props as needed
- Edit and retouch photos (color correction, cropping, background cleanup, etc.) using tools like Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop
- Organize, back up, and deliver final edited images within agreed timelines
- Maintain and manage photography equipment (cameras, lenses, lighting, memory cards, etc.)
- Travel to various event venues as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in event, wedding, or banquet photography
- Strong portfolio showcasing event photography and edited work
- Proficiency in photo editing software (Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar)
- Comfortable operating professional camera equipment (DSLR/mirrorless, lenses, flash/lighting) — company-provided
- Excellent eye for composition, lighting, and detail
- Strong time-management skills to handle tight turnaround deadlines
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours based on event schedules
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and guests
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with videography or drone photography is a plus.
- Prior experience working with event planners
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
