Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales activities and ensure smooth communication between the sales team and clients
- Support B2B sales efforts by maintaining customer databases and tracking sales leads
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and follow-up communications
- Handle inquiries, orders, and requests from clients in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts
- Assist in developing sales strategies to achieve company targets and growth
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Prior experience in B2B sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, proactive, and capable of building professional relationships
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
