Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding orders, inquiries, and support.
- Maintain healthy and long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Handle customer communication through email professionally.
- Track order progress and update customers on delivery timelines.
- Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and follow-up communications.
- Support the sales team with order-related data and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate customer records, order history, and communication logs.
- Handle customer complaints related to quality, delivery, or documentation.
- Coordinate internally to resolve issues within committed timelines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare daily and weekly CRM and customer follow-up reports.
- Share customer feedback and market insights with management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduate (any stream)
- Experience: Open to fresher’s and experienced candidates
- Gemstones and Jewellery or Manufacturing experience preferred
Skills Required:
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
· Strong english communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
· Professional, proactive, and well-organized
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
