Job Title: Business Development Garment Merchandiser & Tele-Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Garment Merchandiser & Tele-Sales Executive who can manage client requirements end-to-end, generate new business through calls, and coordinate closely with the production team. The role combines merchandising expertise with proactive client acquisition, tele-sales, and relationship management in the garment and apparel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for apparel brands, garment factories, and export houses
- Conduct tele-sales and cold calling to generate new business opportunities
- Introduce company products and fabric offerings to prospective clients
- Understand client requirements for fabrics, trims, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate sampling, costing, and production schedules with mills and vendors
- Manage approvals such as lab dips, strike-offs, designs, and quality confirmations
- Track orders from development stage to final dispatch and ensure timely delivery
- Arrange client meetings and follow up on quotations and proposals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, costing, and production status
- Work closely with the director, sales team, and production team
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing, fabric sourcing, and merchandising
- Proven experience in tele-sales, client acquisition, and business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English & Hindi)
- Ability to handle multiple clients and timelines simultaneously
- Strong follow-up skills and result-oriented approach
- Good command of Excel, email communication, and reporting systems
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Experience handling B2B clients preferred

Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (Textiles / Fashion / Business preferred)
- 7–15 years of experience in merchandising, tele-sales, or client management
- Experience in garment factories, buying houses, or textile exports is essential
- Strong track record in handling clients and generating business

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
