We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with 8+ years of experience in delivery, project, or program management. The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing multiple client engagements simultaneously, driving delivery excellence, and ensuring high client satisfaction. Prior experience in delivering AI, machine learning, data science, or GenAI projects is highly preferred.
This role requires a strong combination of client management, portfolio delivery, stakeholder communication, governance, people leadership, and risk management.

Own end-to-end delivery for multiple customer accounts, ensuring outcomes align with agreed business objectives.

Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels — from operational teams to executive sponsors.

Maintain service quality, oversee client communications, and drive satisfaction metrics consistently across the portfolio.

Lead delivery of AI/ML initiatives in close collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and product managers.

Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the customer's success criteria.

Anticipate delivery risks early and drive timely resolution to keep engagements on track.

Define delivery plans, milestones, and governance cadences including status reviews and steering committees.

Implement process improvements and best practices that enhance predictability, quality, and efficiency.

Track delivery KPIs and take proactive corrective action where needed.

Lead and mentor delivery teams, ensuring effective resource allocation and utilization.

Proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, and issues; develop and execute mitigation plans.

Minimum 8 years of delivery or project management experience in IT, technology, or professional services.

Proven track record managing portfolios with simultaneous customer engagements.

Working knowledge of agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Excellent people management and leadership skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
