Job Summary:
The HR Manager will oversee and lead the Human Resources department, managing daily operations, and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive employee engagement, support talent acquisition, administer compensation and benefits, and foster a positive company culture. The HR Manager will act as a liaison between management and employees, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements and promoting best practices within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee the hiring process, including job posting, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Build and maintain positive employee relations, addressing employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts.
- Develop initiatives to boost employee morale, engagement, and retention.
- Facilitate feedback mechanisms, such as surveys and performance reviews.
- Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
- Support managers in developing performance improvement plans and career development paths.
- Lead training and development programs for employees at all levels.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage compensation structures, ensuring competitive and equitable salary and benefits packages.
- Administer health, welfare, retirement, and other benefits programs, liaising with vendors as necessary.
- Conduct market analysis to maintain competitive benefits packages.
- Policy Development and Compliance:
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company values and legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Lead efforts on diversity, equity, and inclusion to create an inclusive workplace.
- HR Data Management:
- Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files and HR databases.
- Prepare reports and metrics on HR functions to support data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze workforce trends and recommend strategies to management.
- Health and Safety:
- Promote and enforce a safe work environment.
- Implement health and wellness programs to support employee well-being.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and other health/safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.)
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
