Job description:
We're hiring an MIS Executive to prepare sales reports, track performance, and support the sales team with accurate, timely data!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for sales performance and team activities.
- Consolidate and analyze sales data to prepare accurate management reports and dashboards.
- Extract data from company software/applications and prepare reports in predefined Excel formats.
- Prepare and track Target vs. Achievement reports for individual and team performance.
- Identify performance deviations and communicate gaps to the concerned sales team.
- Follow up with team members and support them in improving target achievement.
- Attend Sales, Technical, and Marketing meetings and prepare accurate MOM.
- Communicate meeting action points and follow up on pending activities.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and analytical insights to management.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of all MIS reports.
- Maintain proper records and databases for sales and team performance.
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in MIS reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills (Dashboard, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, Macros, Formulas)
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work with the sales team
