- Assist in preparing Chinese dishes according to standard recipes.
- Perform basic food preparation such as cutting, chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients.
- Ensure all food items are prepared and presented according to hotel/restaurant standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
- Store food items properly and monitor stock rotation (FIFO).
- Assist in receiving and checking kitchen supplies.
- Minimize food wastage and report shortages to senior chefs.
- Support senior chefs during busy service periods.
- Ensure kitchen equipment is used and maintained properly.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
