Job Summary: The core mission of this role is to contribute to Eurofragance’s continued growth and evolve alongside the company as part of its success. By providing user support and overseeing the management of all deployed solutions (Networking, Systems, Wireless, Security, etc.), as well as actively contributing to global projects, the IT department plays a key strategic role in Eurofragance’s growth.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for productivity tools, business applications, and IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on Windows and Fortinet environments.
- Develop monitoring capabilities that provide detailed insights into system performance, availability, and health, including the creation of dashboards, alerts, and metrics.
- Develop and deploy automation initiatives to reduce manual effort, enhance system reliability, and increase overall operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT solutions at a global level.
- Participate in cutting-edge technological projects at a global level.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
Key Knowledge:
- SO: Windows Series, Windows server, IOS, Android
- Administrative tools: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server.
- Backup tools: Veeam Backup
- Virtualization: Vmware
- Office 365 and Exchange Online systems.
- Monitoring tools: Ninja One, Desktop Engine, PRTG (similar).
- Knowledge in Cybersecurity
- Good communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Experience working with ticket-based enterprise workflow systems, particularly JIRA
- Knowledge in Fortinet Solutions, SD-Wan and MPLS solutions & Azure Cloud management solutions
Experience and Qualification: -
- Bachelor's degree or higher in IT or similar background.
- 5 years experience in similar role
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
Experience:
- FortiGate/FortiNet: 4 years (Preferred)
- VMWare: 4 years (Preferred)
