Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage high-performing PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid advertising channels.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to maximize campaign performance.
- Manage and optimize large-scale advertising budgets to ensure maximum ROI and cost efficiency.
- Monitor campaign performance by analyzing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, and take data-driven decisions.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed campaign performance reports and insights for senior management.
- Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to create optimized ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, algorithm updates, and digital advertising best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the PPC team, ensuring effective campaign execution and performance improvement.
- Identify opportunities for scaling campaigns, improving lead quality, and reducing acquisition costs.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Strong expertise in Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and performance analysis.
- Proven experience in budget management, bid strategy optimization, and campaign scaling.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Strong understanding of landing page optimization, A/B testing, and CRO principles.
- Experience in team handling and mentoring PPC specialists/executives.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
