About Catepilla Child Development Center:
Catepilla, an ISO certified & award-winning CDC co-founded by a team of
doctors, researchers, and scientists, is introducing international standards to
Chennai for the first time through a purpose-driven, socially impactful center.
Focused on holistic, non-clinical early intervention, Catepilla supports children
with developmental delays, neurodivergent profiles (including Autism, ADHD,
and more), and sensory processing challenges. We blend evidence-based
therapeutic care with heart-centred engagement, making our center not only a

in pediatric therapy.
Who We’re Looking For:
●Graduates in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
●Excellent communication skills (English and/or Tamil, Hindi, telugu)
●A deep interest in working with children
●Basic understanding of pediatric development and conditions
●A learning mindset and willingness to embrace our structured,
child-centred approach
Key Responsibilities:
●Assist in designing and implementing therapy programs for children
aged 2 to 12
●Collaborate with a team of developmental professionals
●Engage positively with families to support home-based strategies
●Participate in regular in-house training, mentoring, and growth
opportunities
