We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Salon Manager cum Make-Up Artist to oversee daily salon operations while providing professional make-up services to clients. The candidate should have strong leadership abilities, good knowledge of beauty and grooming trends and excellent client-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day salon operations smoothly and efficiently
- Handle client appointments, staff coordination, and customer service
- Perform professional make-up services for bridal, party, fashion, and special occasions
- Guide clients on beauty products and suitable make-up looks
- Maintain hygiene, grooming, and service quality standards in the salon
- Monitor inventory, products, and salon supplies
- Train and motivate salon staff to achieve service targets
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure client satisfaction
- Support promotional activities and help increase salon revenue
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salon Manager and Make-Up Artist
- Good knowledge of skin types, cosmetics and beauty trends
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Ability to handle clients professionally and maintain relationships
- Experience in bridal and advanced make-up preferred
- Flexible and target-oriented approach
Qualification:
- Certification/Diploma in Beauty & Make-Up preferred
- Minimum 2–6 years of relevant experience in salon industry
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
