- Candidate Experience: Deliver an outstanding candidate journey and maintain high engagement metrics throughout the hiring funnel.
- Employer Branding & Intelligence: Help execute talent branding initiatives, market intelligence mapping, and sourcing strategies to attract top tech talent.
2. HR Policy, Compliance & Operations
- Policy Ownership: Draft, update, and enforce comprehensive HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and our remote Employee Handbook.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure ongoing compliance with labour standards, data privacy guidelines, and corporate governance frameworks.
- Employee Lifecycle: Oversee remote onboarding/offboarding workflows and serve as a reliable point of contact for employee inquiries on policy and workplace standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, organised HR records, compliance logs, and operational documentation.
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, specifically with a strong focus on tech recruitment/sourcing alongside HR policy drafting.
- Startup/Tech Background: Prior experience hiring for technology startups, SaaS, or IT services companies is strongly preferred.
- Tech-Savy Sourcing: Proven ability to leverage LinkedIn, specialised job boards, and modern sourcing channels for technical roles.
- Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong interpersonal, written, and spoken communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Process-Driven: Ability to work with data/metrics to optimise hiring TAT and streamline HR operations.
- Remote Readiness: Self-directed, highly organised, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote setup using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and ATS platforms.
