About the Role
Decore Designz is looking for a proactive and responsible Site Executive to oversee interior project execution at site. The ideal candidate should have experience in site coordination, contractor management, quality control, and ensuring projects are completed on time and as per design specifications.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out and execution activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and timelines.
- Conduct site measurements and verify execution details.
- Ensure quality standards and workmanship are maintained throughout the project.
- Manage labor teams and coordinate material deliveries.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and site management procedures.
- Attend client meetings and provide project updates when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience in interior fit-out, construction, or site supervision.
- Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution processes.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and site plans.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across project sites in Hyderabad.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project documentation.
