Job Description: IT Support Engineer – Hardware & Software
Location: Tirupati, AP
Job Type: Full-time / Internship / Entry-Level

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving basic hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Provide first-level support for network connectivity problems (LAN/Wi-Fi).
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and software applications.
- Support users with login issues, printer setups, and basic IT queries.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and assist in hardware replacements or upgrades.
- Document support activities and escalate complex issues to senior technicians.
- Participate in IT onboarding for new employees (device setup, account creation).
- Learn and adhere to company IT policies and security protocols.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components (RAM, HDD, CPU, etc.).
- Familiarity with Windows OS and common software applications (MS Office, browsers).
- Introductory knowledge of networking concepts (IP address, router, switch).
- Ability to troubleshoot common desktop issues (slow performance, software errors).
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
Education & Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
- IT certifications (CompTIA A+, CCNA, etc.) are a plus but not mandatory.
