Aspire Digital Media is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in branding, performance marketing, social media management, website development, creative design, and digital growth solutions. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to help expand our client base and contribute to the company's growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads through various online and offline channels.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Reach out to prospective clients via cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients for the sales team.
- Attend client meetings (online and offline) and assist in presenting the company's services.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to prepare proposals and presentations.
- Assist in achieving monthly lead generation and business development targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. (Bengali is an added advantage.)
- Confident in speaking with clients over phone calls and during meetings.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
