About the Role
FEET & YARD GROUP is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Jaipur real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in property sales.
Key Responsibilities
● Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial properties.
● Understand clients’ property requirements and provide suitable options.
● Conduct property site visits and project presentations.
● Handle the complete sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
● Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, builders, and channel partners.
● Negotiate prices and terms with buyers and sellers.
● Follow up regularly with prospective clients and convert leads into successful deals.
● Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales.
● Stay updated with new projects, market trends, property prices, and investment opportunities in Jaipur.
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
● 1–3+ years of experience in real estate sales/property dealing.
● Strong knowledge of Jaipur’s real estate market preferred.
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
● Strong sales and client-handling abilities.
● Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
● Professional appearance and good interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
● Existing client/builder/channel-partner network will be an added advantage.
