Coordinate identification & documentation of all critical business processes

Maintenance of documented process maps for processes and procedures in the unit

Conduct Process/Surveillance Audits

Ensure Closure of Non Conformities

Ensure wing to wing and correct measurement standards are put in place
Service Quality

Ensure implementation of CSAT/DSAT feedback actionable
Training

Facilitate training in the Unit

Ensure implementation of various Quality training programs
Communication
-
Implement and support the communication plan across the function
Lead all Quality and Business Excellence initiatives at the respective function.s
