Purpose of the Position
The role is responsible for managing all sales activities related to Essential Nutrition and supporting the sales activities of Specialty Nutrition.
The position entails developing, coordinating, and executing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and sales/profit targets. This will be done in close collaboration with the regional team as well as the local team in India.

Customer Relationship Management:
Manage customer relationships, segmentation, commodity price steering, and market/competitive intelligence to support sales plans and annual budgeting processes.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
Education, Certification, and Relevant Experience Required
Educational Background: A Science graduate with a minimum of 10–12 years of experience in a leadership position in the relevant animal nutrition field.
Candidates with a BVSc./MVSc in Animal Nutrition or Veterinary Medicine are preferred.
An MBA qualification would be advantageous
