Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and articulate the product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Identify market opportunities in the EdTech ecosystem (courses, certifications, skill programs, etc.)
- Develop strategies for aggregation, discovery, and personalization of educational offerings
Product Development
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration
- Write clear PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality features
User Experience & Growth
- Build seamless user journeys for learners, educators, and partners
Optimize conversion funnels (search discovery- enrolment)
- Drive engagement and retention through personalization and recommendations
Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Work with universities, course providers, and training institutes to onboard and integrate offerings
- Align internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, operations) with product goals
- Manage vendor integrations, APIs, and content standardization
Data & Analytics
- Define and track key product metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, engagement, retention)
- Use data insights to drive product decisions and growth experiments
- A/B test features and continuously improve user experience
Go-to-Market & Scaling
- Plan and execute product launches and feature rollouts
- Work with marketing to define positioning and messaging
Scale platform capabilities (catalog expansion, pricing models, bundles, etc.)
