About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Media Buyer with 2-3 years of experience specializing in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance marketing, audience targeting, and campaign optimization to drive ROI for our clients/brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to meet client/business objectives (lead gen, conversions, brand awareness, etc.).
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and bid strategy adjustments to maximize performance.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient spending while scaling successful campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other tracking tools.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives (images, videos, and copy).
- Stay updated with Meta’s latest ad policies, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Provide detailed reports on KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA) and actionable insights.
- Work closely with clients/stakeholders to align media strategies with business goals.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram advertising).
- Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and pixel tracking.
- Knowledge of Lookalike Audiences, Retargeting, CBO, and Conversion API.
- Ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and LTV.
- Familiarity with third-party tools (e.g., Hyros, Revealbot, AdEspresso) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Certifications in Meta Blueprint (preferred but not mandatory).
