About the Role
We are looking for a smart, customer-focused, and energetic Jewellery Sales Assistant to join our showroom team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to assist customers in selecting jewellery while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery designs
Explain jewellery details including Gold/Silver purity, diamond quality, pricing, and offers
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
Build strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
Maintain showroom display standards and product presentation
Handle billing coordination and basic POS operations
Assist in stock handling and daily showroom activities
Stay updated on jewellery trends, collections, and promotions
Follow company policies related to security and inventory handling
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
1–3 years of retail or jewellery sales experience preferred
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English
Presentable personality with strong customer handling skills
Basic knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery preferred
Ability to work on weekends and festive seasons
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
