About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js, React Native, and Node.js to join our growing product team. You will help build scalable web and mobile applications, integrate APIs, handle real-time communication features, and convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect interfaces.
Candidates with hands-on experience in chat systems, WebRTC, Socket.io, real-time messaging, or live communication platforms will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Build responsive, mobile-first UI applications using React.js and React Native
- Convert Figma and design mockups into high-quality, production-ready code
- Develop reusable UI components and scalable design systems
- Implement smooth animations using Framer Motion and React Native Reanimated
- Integrate RESTful APIs and manage asynchronous data handling
- Build and manage real-time communication features using WebSocket, Socket.io, or WebRTC
- Develop chat, messaging, notification, and live communication interfaces
- Manage application state using Redux or Zustand
- Implement dark/light theme support and maintain UI consistency across platforms
- Handle form validations, authentication flows, and error handling
- Optimize application performance for scalability and responsiveness
- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers
- Follow Git workflows and participate in code reviews
- Ensure accessibility standards and UX best practices across applicationsGood to Have
- Experience building Chat or Messaging UI interfaces
- Familiarity with WebSocket or real-time data integrations
- Exposure to design tokens and atomic design principles
Required skills & Qualification
- Strong proficiency in React.js and React Native fundamentals
- Experience with Node.js and Express.js backend development
- Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
- Expertise in Flexbox, CSS Grid, and responsive UI development
- Experience with Tailwind CSS and/or Styled Components
- Strong understanding of reusable component-based architecture
- Experience with Redux and/or Zustand state management
- Hands-on experience with API integrations and RESTful services
- Experience working with WebSocket, Socket.io, or WebRTC-based real-time applications
- Understanding of real-time communication workflows and asynchronous event handling
- Familiarity with Framer Motion and/or React Native Reanimated
- Experience with React Navigation for mobile routing
- Ability to convert Figma designs into production-ready responsive interfaces
- Understanding of dark/light theme implementation
- Experience with cross-platform compatibility (Web, Android, iOS)
- Knowledge of authentication systems such as JWT
- Good understanding of accessibility and UX best practices
