We are looking for a Social Media Incharge to plan, create, and manage the school’s presence across all social media platforms to enhance brand image, student admissions, and parent engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation & Management
- - Plan monthly content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
- - Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and graphics related to academics, events, achievements, and student life
- - Write captions in English + Telugu/Hindi as needed. Ensure brand tone is maintained
- - Take photos and short videos during school events, functions, and daily activities
Brand Building & Engagement
- - Increase followers, reach, and engagement across all platforms
- - Reply to comments, DMs, and parent queries professionally and on time
- - Monitor trends and create relevant content for the education sector
- - Collaborate with academic and admin teams to get event updates and student achievements
Advertising & Analytics
- - Run and monitor paid ad campaigns for admissions and events with the marketing team
- - Track performance using Meta Insights, YouTube Analytics, etc.
- - Submit weekly and monthly reports on growth, engagement, and campaign results
- - Manage school website, Google My Business, and online reviews
Compliance & Coordination
- - Ensure all posts follow school guidelines and child safety policies. No student photo without consent
- - Coordinate with photographers, designers, and teachers for content
- - Maintain a media bank of photos, videos, and posters
REQUIRED SKILLS
- - Technical: Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut/InShot, Meta Business Suite, Basic Photography/Videography
- - Soft Skills: Creativity, Good English + Telugu communication, Time management, Quick decision making
- - Knowledge: Current social media trends, Hashtags, Reels editing, Admission season marketing
4. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- - Education: Any Graduate
- - Experience: 1-3 years experience in Social Media handling. School/Education sector preferred
- - Portfolio: Should have handled at least 2-3 pages with good engagement
