Job Summary
This position is required to monitor and establish process (4M1T) & product requirement in shop floor against standard requirements in Control plan,WI etc. and other customer specific requirement. The role also needs to monitor & adhere the system requirements from ISO 9001, IATF 16949,ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 .Apart from this the roll require to provide support to CFT in reducing customer complaint ,rejection and rework in plant.

Job Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
1 Conducting daily gemba review / audit against standard requirements in Control
Plan/WI/SOP/OCP to achieve the Department Objectives & Organization Goal
2 Verification of countermeasures taken against customer complaints at relevant stage to avoid
re-occurrence.
3 Auditing system requirement in shop floor as per ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
4 Ensuring timely and proper closure of NCs in process & effectiveness.
11 Prepare Statistical Process Study Plan & follow to identify the variation exist in Process
5 Prepare & Follow Audit Plan for Product & Process Audit.
6 Raise CARCAP(Common Audit Report & Corrective Action Plan) to relevant Process Owner
& follow up the
action status.
7 Prepare Monthly MIS report(Summary of Gemba Review observation, Product Audit ,Process
Audit & SPC Report with Status) & submission to Plant QA In-Charge & Head Corp. QA
8 Participate in Review of Interested parties- Risk and opportunity register with incident ,fixes
and improvements.
9 Work with CFT to increase customer satisfaction by improving & achieve the desired quality
characteristics of products through SPC monitoring for Special characteristics.
10 Engage in Project (Emphasizing defect prevention and reduction of variation and waste) as a
team member
to achieve Department Objectives & Organization Goal.
11 Co-ordination with Manufacturing & maintenance dept. for achieving optimum quality of
product
