Qualification & Background
- B.Arch / M.Arch (mandatory)
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional architectural experience

- Experience in handling multiple projects / branches simultaneously is mandatory

Role Purpose
The Senior Architect is responsible for end-to-end architectural operations across two branches, ensuring design quality, client satisfaction, team performance, and project discipline.
This role acts as the design authority and branch-level operational head from an architectural perspective.

Key Responsibilities
1. Design Leadership & Quality Control
- Lead architectural design from concept to final drawings
- Ensure design standards, creativity, and technical accuracy
- Validate drawings, BOQs, and design outputs before release
2. Multi-Branch Operations Management
- Handle two branch architectural operations
- Ensure consistency in design process, quality, and delivery across branches
- Balance workload, priorities, and timelines between branches
3. Project Ownership & Control
- Act as architect-in-charge for all assigned projects
- Monitor project timelines, revisions, and approvals
- Ensure no project moves forward without design clarity and validation
4. Client Handling & Design Coordination
- Lead client meetings for design discussions and approvals
- Handle client expectations, design changes, and clarifications
- Maintain professional communication and confidence with clients
5. Team Leadership & Mentoring
- Guide junior architects, designers, and draftsmen
- Allocate tasks, review outputs, and correct gaps
- Train the team on standards, workflows, and discipline
6. Inter-Department Coordination
- Coordinate with Operations, Accounts, Project Management, and Site Teams
- Ensure design intent aligns with cost, execution feasibility, and timelines
- Support operations with technical and design clarity
7. Monitoring, Reporting & Control
- Track project-wise design progress
- Report delays, risks, and dependencies to management
- Ensure branch-wise design performance reporting

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
