Job summary
Own complete P& L for assigned territory. Drive primary + secondary sales of PU Foam, Mattress, Bedding products through dealer network + B2B OEM accounts. Build new market, manage credit, lead team of 2-3 Sales Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Revenue
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets for B2B + B2C mattress sales
- Maintain 15-20% YoY growth in assigned territory
- Push new product launches: Ortho mattress, PU foam sheets, pillow range
2. Dealer Network Development :
- Manage 40-60 active dealers. Monthly visits, merchandising audit, scheme rollout
- Recruit 2-3 new sub-dealers/quarter in Tier-2/Tier-3 towns
- Handle dealer credit: Ensure <30 days overdue, monthly reconciliation
3. B2B OEM + Carpenter Connect :
- Build tie-ups with sofa manufacturers, hotels, hospitals, hostels for bulk PU foam orders
- Connect with 50+ carpenters/interior designers/architects monthly for leads
- Do product demos for mattress firmness, density, warranty at dealer/carpenter level
Must Have Skills
1. Experience: 4-8 yrs in dealer sales.2+ yrs in furniture/mattress/plywood/modular kitchen/bedding preferred
2. Network: Existing dealer + carpenter network in territory is big plus
3. Language : Tamil/Telugu/Karnataka + Hindi + English. Local language mandatory for field sales
4. Skills : Negotiation, credit control, Excel basics, target-driven mindset
5. Other: 2-wheeler + valid license. Ready for 15-20 days field travel/month

- Secondary: Offtake from dealer, SKU mix, display compliance
- Incentive: Based on over-achievement + team bonus

Red Flags to Avoid During Interview
1. Only retail/showroom exp with no dealer handling
2. No credit management exp - mattress B2B runs on credit
3. Not willing to travel + sleep in Tier-2 towns
Expect experience from:
Ex-ASM/TSM from Kurlon, Sleepwell, Duroflex, Sheela Foam, Nilkamal, Godrej Interio. Also, strong candidates from Plywood/Laminate/PU Foam brands.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
