Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Fix appointments/site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing leads on a regular basis.
- Maintain and update customer details in CRM/software.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, and Marketing teams.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of calls per day
- Lead conversion ratio
- Number of appointments fixed
- Follow-up closure rate
- Data accuracy in CRM
Qualification
- Minimum: 12th / Any Degree
- Freshers can apply (Experience preferred 0–2 years in telecalling/sales)
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred if Chennai-based)
- Confident and convincing speaking ability
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
- Good listening and negotiation skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
