We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our interior design firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects, managing administrative activities, ensuring smooth communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams, and supporting the overall efficiency of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day business operations and office administration.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Handle client communications, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, payments, and documentation.
- Maintain project records, contracts, and operational reports.
- Coordinate procurement and inventory requirements.
- Support HR activities, including attendance, leave records, and employee coordination.
- Ensure smooth workflow between the design, execution, and management teams.
- Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in operations, administration, or project coordination.
- Experience in the interior design, construction, or related industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
