What We Do
Hem Tech Foam manufactures foam and mattresses. We are now building our brand, MeshFlo/Joysfit, online — and we are looking for someone to help us show up the right way on social media and digital platforms.
What You Will Do
- Create AI-generated videos and images for our brand using tools like Canva AI, InVideo, HeyGen, Higgsfield, or similar
- Manage our Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube — posting regularly and staying on top of trends
- Watch what is working on Reels and adapt that for our content
- Design basic creatives — posters, product images, promotional material
- Assist in running Meta Ads when organic reach needs a push
- Work directly with the founder on what to post, when to post, and how to grow
What You Should Know
- AI tools for video and image creation
- Instagram Reels — how trends work and how to use them
- Basic video and photo editing
- Some understanding of Meta Ads is a plus, not mandatory

Someone who scrolls Instagram not just for fun but notices why certain content works. Someone who is genuinely curious about AI and already using it. Someone who can take a simple idea and turn it into content worth watching.
We are a small team building something from scratch. There is no big structure here — just real work, real ownership, and real results if you put in the effort.
