Enterprise Sales Manager – Strategic Sales (Email & AI Solutions)

Over the past two decades, we’ve built a Made-in-India, enterprise-grade alternative to global email ecosystems. As we enter a high-growth phase, we are looking for dynamic Enterprise Sales Managers to drive expansion across enterprise and government sectors.

- XgenPlus – Enterprise Email Platform (Cloud & On-Prem)
- AI-enabled Custom Applications
- AI-led Enterprise Digital Transformation Solutions

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new enterprise business acquisition across assigned regions and industries
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline (70% hunting | 30% account growth)
- Engage CXOs and senior stakeholders using a consultative sales approach
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Position AI, Email, and Technology solutions aligned with business outcomes
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to create winning proposals
- Expand existing accounts into long-term strategic partnerships
- Consistently exceed revenue targets and maintain forecast accuracy

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–8 years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales, SaaS Sales, or IT Solution Sales
- Proven track record of closing deals ranging from ₹10 Lakhs to ₹2 Crores+
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Cloud Solutions
- SaaS Products
- Enterprise Email Solutions
- AI Solutions
- Software / IT Services
- Strong consultative and value-based selling skills
- Experience engaging with CXO-level stakeholders
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple decision-makers
- Strong ownership, negotiation, and closing capabilities

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
