Experience in the following:
- Handling calls as per SLA related to:
E-Mail Configuration
Hardware, Desktops & Laptops
Printers & Scanners
Active Directory – Addition & Deletion
Mobile Devices like IOS & Android for basic email troubleshoot
MS Office
- Working on Anti-Virus updates
- Working on OS – Windows latest version
- Updating CTS
- Troubleshooting all network and application issues and provide recommendations to ensure better customer services
- Documentation & MIS reporting
- Compliance management and escalate issues if required
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
