They manage the CRM system, analyze customer data to identify trends, create targeted campaigns, and liaise between sales, marketing, and customers to enhance the customer journey and maximize retention.
- Relationship Management: Building and nurturing profitable relationships with key customers, ensuring exceptional service, and resolving conflicts.
- CRM System Administration: Managing and updating CRM software, maintaining data integrity, and creating, tracking, and analyzing campaigns.
- Customer Analysis: Analyzing data to identify customer demands, pain points, and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Sales/Marketing Alignment: Liaising between marketing, sales, and operations to streamline communication and improve lead conversion.
- Performance Reporting: Creating reports on customer feedback, system usage, and retention metrics
